Preparing for tattoo appointment
Exfoliate and moisturize in the days leading up to your appointment. This will make your skin easier to tattoo & can potentially make the tattoo hurt less
Gets a good nights rest
Shower!
Eat a big meal & drink lots of water
Avoid alcohol
Feel free to bring anything so youre comfy (headphones, book, snacks, light blanket or pillow)
Aftercare
Take off Saran Wrap 1-2 hrs after appointment
Wash fresh tattoo with unscented & antibacterial soap (Dial is great!)
Air dry or paper towel pat dry
Apply a THIN layer of Aquaphor
Repeat this twice a day for 2 weeks
Avoid submerging new tattoo in water (pools, oceans, baths), direct sunlight, and saunas for first 2 weeks
General rule of thumb is to wait at least 48 hours before working out
Your new tattoo is an open wound, it’s important to keep it clean & moisturized. Scabbing, flaking, and itchiness is normal, no picking or scratching!! Lightly tapping the itchy tattoo is a great alternative to scratching.
Pricing
Pricing for tattoos is typically structured as a flat rate. Once you complete and submit a form found in the “Book” section of this website, I will send you an email with a detailed price quote. While the quoted price is generally final, it may be subject to change based on factors such as adjustments to the design, size, or placement on the day of the appointment. Should any changes to the cost arise, I will ensure clear communication with you prior to starting the tattoo.
For larger-scale projects, I may charge an hourly rate, which ranges from $150 to $200 per hour, depending on the tattoo’s complexity, size, and placement. An estimated number of hours required will be included in your initial quote.
If you have a specific budget in mind, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I will do my best to accommodate your needs while maintaining the integrity of the design.
Policies
In accordance with New York State law, I cannot tattoo individuals under the age of 18. If you are not yet of age, I look forward to working with you once you meet this requirement.
To secure your appointment, a $150 deposit is required after we finalize details via email. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.
All card transactions will incur a 2.9% service fee. This fee is applied to cover processing costs and will be added to the total amount of your transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Deposit Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.
You are allowed one reschedule per deposit. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Scheduling Guidelines:
Appointments may be booked up to 90 days in advance. This also applies to reschedules. If you need to reschedule beyond this timeframe, a new appointment and deposit will be required.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which your deposit may be forfeited.
